Job summary

Tata AutoComp is seeking a Maintenance Engineer with experience in Press Shop, Weld Shop, and Stamping Operations in Chakan. You will perform preventive and breakdown maintenance on production equipment to maximize uptime, productivity, and safety.

The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and experience with TPM initiatives. You will coordinate with production teams and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in Press Shop, Weld Shop, and Stamping Lines.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• PLC troubleshooting and automation knowledge preferred.
• TPM, Kaizen, and RCA.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of press, welding, and stamping machines.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
• Ensure machine availability and minimize downtime.
