Job summary

People Pro Consulting is seeking an Executive – Electrical Machine Maintenance in Sanand, Gujarat. The candidate will be responsible for electrical maintenance of production machines to ensure maximum uptime and smooth operations.

Required 4+ years of experience and BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical. The role covers preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance, with coordination across production teams to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Must have electrical maintenance experience on production equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical drives and control systems.
• Experience with TPM/5S and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motors, PLC, VFD, drives, sensors and control panels.
• Identify and resolve electrical machine breakdowns.
• Maintain machine uptime and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate with production and other teams for machine maintenance.
