Job summary

People Pro Consulting is seeking an Executive – Electrical Machine Maintenance to lead electrical upkeep of production equipment. The role ensures high uptime, rapid troubleshooting, and adherence to TPM and safety standards in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should have 4+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, with BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or a Diploma in Electrical. On-site work in Gujarat is expected.

Qualifications

• BE/B.Tech (Electrical) or Diploma in Electrical required.
• Proven experience in electrical maintenance of production machinery.
• Experience in manufacturing environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
• Troubleshoot motors, PLC, VFD, drives, sensors and control panels.
• Identify and resolve electrical machine breakdowns.
• Maintain machine uptime and minimize downtime.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain maintenance records and follow TPM, 5S and safety standards.
• Coordinate with production and other teams for machine maintenance.
