Responsibilities

• Attend machine breakdowns and restore operations with minimum downtime.
• Carry out preventive and routine maintenance as per schedule.
• Assist in mould/tool changeovers and machine setup activities.
• Maintain maintenance logs, breakdown records, and spares usage.
• Identify recurring machine faults and coordinate for corrective action.
• Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness, 5S, and proper organization of the maintenance area.
• Coordinate with production and other departments for smooth machine operations.
