Urgent Requirement.. Maintenance - Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Maintenance & Troubleshooting of VMC, HMC & SPM Machines (Fanuc, HOWA, Brother)
• Diagnose and rectify electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic faults.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, compressors, control panels, sensors, and industrial machinery.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, VFDs, contactors, relays, control circuits, and other electrical systems.
• Conduct regular inspections of machinery and identify potential failures before breakdowns occur.
• Maintain preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
• Analyze equipment breakdowns and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize equipment downtime.
• Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, spare-parts requirements, and equipment history.
• Support installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement of machinery and electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with electrical and mechanical safety procedures and applicable standards.
• Manage maintenance tools, spare parts, and critical equipment components.
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read electrical & Mechanical drawings, wiring diagrams.
