Prochant in Chennai is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring processes, with a focus on bulk and fresher recruitment. You will source candidates from portals, social media, campus drives, and referrals, and conduct telephonic and in-person interviews to assess fit and communication skills.

You will collaborate with hiring managers to schedule interviews, close positions quickly, and maintain real-time tracking dashboards for daily hiring metrics.

Competenze

• 0 to 2 years of experience in bulk or fresher recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring across any domain is valued.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to handle heavy candidate outreach.
• Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM or International BPO experience is preferred but not mandatory.

• Bulk & Freshers Sourcing: Drive high-volume talent pipelines using job portals (Naukri, Indeed,linked in), social media, campus drives, and employee referrals.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial telephonic and face-to-face interviews to evaluate communication skills, attitude, and role alignment.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate closely with hiring managers to align interview slots and ensure a seamless selection process.
• Data Management: Maintain real-time recruitment trackers and database updates to report daily hiring metrics to leadership.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in high-volume, bulk, or fresher recruitment. (Talented freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome).
• Industry Focus: Prior experience in bulk hiring across any domain or vertical is highly valued; experience in Healthcare, Medical Billing, RCM, or International BPO hiring is simply a preferred advantage but not mandatory.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities to handle heavy candidate outreach.
• Execution: Strong multitasking abilities, a target-driven mindset, and the capability to work under pressure to close bulk positions quickly.
