Job summary

Panasonic Life Solutions India is seeking a Field Sales professional to appoint and manage retailers across multiple cities. You will lead promotional activities, ensure a minimum daily call target, and track distributor performance while maintaining strong product knowledge of LED lighting solutions.

The ideal candidate has proven field sales experience, is proficient with MS Office, and can develop sales strategies using KPIs to drive growth in a competitive market.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in MS Office and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Appointing Retailers in assigned territory.
• Meeting existing Retailers on regular basis.
• Conducting sales promotional activities in the territory.
• Minimum 20 calls per day and achieving daily targets.
• Tracking Distributor Sales Officer on daily/weekly basis.
• Product knowledge of LED Batten, LED Bulb, LED Fixtures and related LED products.

Location : Pune, Surat & Indore

Role & responsibilities

• Appointing Retailers in assigned territory
• Meeting existing Retailers on regular basis
• Conducting sales promotional activities like Sub-Dealer Meet, Nukkad Meet & Other promotional activities in assigned territory
• Minimum 20 calls per day and ensure Daily Secondary target achievement
• Tracking of Distributor Sales Officer on Daily / Weekly basis
• Product Knowledge of LED Batten, LED Bulb, LED Fixtures, Residential LED, Professional LED

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven experience as a Log Arm Salesperson
• Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
• Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs
• Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with Sales force is a plus
• Graduate in any stream / Post Graduation
