Job summary

PERSOL in Mangaluru is seeking a Logistics Executive to plan and coordinate inbound and outbound operations, track shipments and ensure timely dispatch as per lead times.

You will liaise with transporters and internal teams, maintain records, generate MIS reports and use MS Excel/MS Office daily; experience 2–7 years and willingness to work extended hours during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in Logistics and Customer Support/Customer Service Operations.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.

• Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per agreed lead times.
• Coordinate with transporters for placement and allocation.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of all logistics transactions.

• Address logistics-related issues and resolve discrepancies proactively.
• Support procurement, sales, and customer service teams with logistics information (MIS reports).
• Work extended hours during peak operations or for urgent shipments, as required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
