• Coordinate with suppliers, dispatch, and transport teams
• Plan deliveries, vehicle allocation, and route optimization
• Track vehicles via GPS and ensure safe delivery of goods (chick, egg, feed, food)
• Schedule vehicle servicing, maintenance, and compliance checks
• Recruit, train, and manage drivers; handle disciplinary issues
• Manage accident reporting, insurance claims, and statutory formalities
• Monitor performance of vehicles and personnel; take corrective actions
• Collaborate with corporate/regional teams for projects and installations
• Introduce new vendors, manage expenses, and ensure proper accounting
• Implement logistics policies/SOPs and review manpower/assets monthly
