Job summary

Gyan Dairy is seeking a Logistic Executive to manage vehicle route planning, dispatch scheduling and transporter coordination to ensure timely delivery. The role requires graduation and 3-5 years in logistics, preferably in Dairy/FMCG, and involves checking goods on receipt and maintaining dispatch records.

Candidate will coordinate with plants on loading issues, address market-related after-sales concerns, and prepare TAT reports for vehicles, with on-site responsibilities in Gorakhpur

Qualifications

• Graduation required.
• 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Preferred industry: Dairy/FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vehicle route planning as per demand.
• Ensure Transport/driver Management/Costing.
• Ensure timely dispatch planning according to SOP.
• Follow up with transporters/drivers for vehicle arrangements.
• Check and inspect goods received for quantity, type and quality.
• Coordinate with plant for loading issues.
• Address market-related issues after sales.
• Track in-transit vehicles for timely delivery.
• Maintain/update dispatch records.
• Prepare TAT reports of vehicles.

• Checking & inspecting goods received and ensuring accurate quantity, type, and acceptable quality.
• Coordination with Plant for any Loading issue.
• Addressing all market-related issues after sales.
• Tracking & Follow to In-transit Vehicles for Timely delivery.
• Maintaining updating records of Dispatches.
• Prepare TAT reports of vehicles.
