Job summary

Suguna Foods is seeking a skilled Farm & Field Supervisor to oversee contract farmers and field staff in the Wardha region. You will drive day-to-day broiler production, monitor flock performance, and coordinate the timely supply of DOCs, feed, medicines, and vaccines.

The role requires ensuring strict biosecurity and SOP adherence, managing branch costs, and coordinating with veterinary teams, hatcheries, and corporate offices to improve profitability and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience managing contract farmers and field staff.
• Familiarity with broiler production metrics and SOPs.
• Knowledge of biosecurity protocols and poultry health basics.

• Farm & Field Supervision: Manage contract farmers, field staff, and supervisors to ensure efficient day-to-day broiler production.
• Flock Performance: Monitor mortality rates, FCR, body weight gain, and flock health.
• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate timely supply of DOCs, feed, medicines, and vaccines.
• Biosecurity & Compliance: Enforce SOPs and biosecurity to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Financial Control: Manage branch costs, assess local market conditions, drive profitability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Link field operations with veterinary teams, hatcheries, and head offices.

• Supply Chain & Logistics: Coordinate the timely supply and distribution of Day-Old Chicks (DOCs), feed, medicines, and vaccines.
• Biosecurity & Compliance: Enforce strict biosecurity protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Financial Control: Manage branch operational costs, evaluate local market conditions, and drive overall profitability.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the link between field operations, veterinary teams, hatcheries, and corporate head offices
