To lead and manageend-to-end logistics operations supporting manufacturing processes within aproduction facility. The role involves implementing operational standards,optimizing processes, and ensuring operational continuity in a dynamicindustrial environment.

Key Responsibilities

• LogisticsOperations Management: Overall responsibilityfor material flow—from receiving and warehousing to production floordispensing and final customer shipping.
• InventoryManagement & Control: Rigorous oversightof plant inventory, including conducting cycle counts, meeting accuracyKPIs, and maintaining optimal stock levels.
• Leadership &Team Management: Direct management of thelogistics team, including warehouse personnel, forklift operators, andtruck drivers (up to 6 subordinates).
• Training &Development: Mentoring, training, andretaining the local logistics team to enhance professionalism and safetystandards.
• Problem Solving& Daily Operations: Identifying andmitigating bottlenecks, managing shortages, and providing rapid solutionsfor supply chain delays.

Requirements

• ProfessionalExperience: At least 5 years of provenexperience in logistics management and coordination within industrialenvironments or complex projects – Mandatory .
• Setup/Scale-upExperience: Proven experience in establishinglogistics departments from the ground up or upgrading existing logisticsinfrastructure – Significant Advantage .
• Language Skills: Full proficiency in English (writing, reading, and speaking)at a high level – Mandatory .
• InterpersonalSkills: Ability to work effectively in amulti-cultural environment; strong leadership and employee motivationskills.
• Technical Skills: Deep familiarity with ERP systems and proficiency in MicrosoftOffice applications.
