Job summary

Concepts Hygiene is seeking a capable SCM professional to oversee end-to-end supply chain activities, from procurement to distribution, for its manufacturing operations in India. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure material availability, dispatch planning, and efficient warehouse management.

The role demands 3+ years' experience in SCM, PPC, and logistics, with FMCG exposure preferred. Strong Excel and ERP skills are required; leadership and compliance focus are essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate in SCM, logistics, operations, or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in SCM, logistics, warehouse, PPC, or manufacturing operations.
• FMCG / Manufacturing / Consumer Products experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

• Plan and coordinate last-mile delivery and monitor OTIF, POD, delivery exceptions and customer complaints.
• Oversee audits and compliance related to SCM, warehouse, logistics, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Supply Chain & PPC Management

• Manage end-to-end supply chain activities for manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Warehouse, Sales, and Logistics teams for smooth material flow.
• Prepare and monitor production and dispatch plans as per business requirements.
• Ensure availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Monitor supply chain performance and identify operational bottlenecks.

2. Warehouse & Inventory Management

• Manage multiple warehouse operations, including RM, PM, WIP, and Finished Goods.
• Ensure proper inventory control, stock accuracy, FIFO/FEFO, and material traceability.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment requirements.
• Plan warehouse expansion, space utilization, and material movement.
• Conduct periodic stock verification and reconciliation.

3. Logistics & Transportation Management

• Manage FTL, PTL, Line Haul, and local transportation operations.
• Plan and coordinate vehicle placement for timely dispatches.
• Monitor transporter performance, freight costs, delivery timelines, and vehicle utilization.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for smooth movement of goods.
• Track shipments and resolve delivery-related issues.

4. Mother Hub / Mother Production Operations

• Manage Mother Hub / Mother Production Plant operations and ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Monitor hub-level inventory, dispatch planning, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure timely transfer of stock between warehouses, plants, and distribution points.

5. Dispatch & Reverse Logistics

• Prepare and execute FG dispatch plans based on customer and business requirements.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely dispatch of finished goods.
• Manage reverse logistics, returns, rejected materials, and stock movement.
• Coordinate with internal teams and logistics partners for return material handling.

6. Team Management

• Lead and supervise warehouse, logistics, and supply chain teams.
• Allocate manpower and monitor daily operational performance.
• Train team members on SOPs, safety, inventory control, and operational processes.
• Set operational targets and monitor team performance.

7. Audit & Compliance

• Coordinate and support internal and external audits related to SCM, warehouse, logistics, and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and operational standards.
• Maintain proper records, documentation, and audit-related data.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective and preventive actions.

8. Last-Mile Delivery Management

• Manage and monitor last-mile delivery operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of finished goods to customers/distributors.
• Coordinate with delivery partners, transporters, and internal teams for daily delivery planning.
• Monitor delivery schedules, OTIF (On-Time In-Full), POD (Proof of Delivery), delivery exceptions, and customer complaints.
• Track delivery performance and identify delays, route issues, and operational bottlenecks.
• Optimize delivery routes and vehicle utilization to improve efficiency and reduce logistics costs.
• Ensure proper handling of failed deliveries, returns, shortages, damages, and reverse logistics.
• Monitor last-mile delivery KPIs and prepare regular MIS reports for management.

Qualification & Experience
