Job summary

Beco in Mumbai seeks an experienced logistics leader to manage end-to-end operations including First Mile, Last Mile, B2C, B2B and D2C deliveries. You will also oversee billing reconciliation, order matching for B2C/D2C, and KPI monitoring to drive efficiency.

The role requires coordinating with transporters and 3PLs, optimizing routes, controlling freight costs, and ensuring compliance with processes and documentation.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in B2C/D2C, E-commerce, FMCG, or Retail.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end logistics operations across First Mile, Last Mile, B2C, B2B and D2C deliveries.
• Handle logistics billing and reconciliation, ensuring accurate freight invoices and timely discrepancy closures.
• Perform B2C/D2C order reconciliation to ensure shipment accuracy, delivery confirmation, and cost tracking.
• Coordinate with transporters, 3PL partners, and logistics vendors to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Oversee transportation planning, vehicle allocation, route optimization, and freight cost control.
• Monitor logistics KPIs such as delivery TAT, cost, SLA adherence, and shipment performance.
• Resolve escalations and coordinate with Warehouse, Supply Chain, Finance, and Customer Support teams.
• Maintain logistics MIS reports and support process improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with logistics processes, documentation, and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• – Hands‑on exposure to First Mile and Last Mile logistics.
• – Experience in vendor coordination and 3PL management.
• – Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/TMS systems.
