Job summary

Neuraleap Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics and transportation operations, optimize costs, and ensure timely movement of goods. You will plan shipments, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, manage dispatches, monitor performance, and implement efficient SOPs to drive on-time deliveries and cost reductions.

The role requires strong vendor management, process optimization, and a results-driven mindset to improve efficiency and service levels

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day logistics, transportation, dispatch, and delivery operations.
• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments based on business requirements.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of goods to customers, warehouses, and project sites.
• Coordinate with transporters, logistics partners, drivers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Negotiate freight rates and manage relationships with transportation and logistics vendors.
• Monitor vehicle movement, delivery status, delays, and transit issues.
• Ensure proper preparation and verification of dispatch and transportation documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, sales, purchase, and accounts teams for smooth movement of goods.
• Track and maintain records of shipments, deliveries, freight costs, and pending consignments.
• Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Ensure proper loading, unloading, packaging, handling, and transportation of materials.
• Handle logistics-related customer complaints and resolve delivery issues promptly.
• Monitor transporter performance and ensure adherence to agreed service levels.
• Maintain MIS and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable transportation and safety requirements.
• Develop and implement efficient logistics processes and SOPs.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Manage and guide logistics executives, coordinators, and other team members.
