Job summary

Durucooperation in India is seeking an organized Logistics Coordinator to manage day-to-day logistics, coordinate transport and deliveries, track shipments, and maintain accurate records while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, and transporters.

The role requires 3–5 years of experience in logistics/transport coordination, strong communication and coordination skills, and proficiency in MS Excel. You will handle multiple deliveries and ensure timely movement of materials.

Qualifications

• Education: Any Degree.
• Experience: 3–5 years in logistics/transportation coordination.
• Good knowledge of dispatch, delivery, shipment tracking, and transporter coordination.
• Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.
• Ability to handle multiple deliveries and logistics activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily logistics, dispatch, transportation, and delivery activities.
• Plan and monitor vehicle movements, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
• Coordinate with transporters, drivers, vendors, and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or delivery issues.
• Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, delivery records, invoices, and logistics reports.
• Coordinate with Stores, Purchase, Sales, and Accounts teams for smooth logistics operations.
• Monitor transportation costs and ensure efficient utilization of vehicles and resources.
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, PODs, pending deliveries, and transporter details.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and logistics documentation requirements.
