You will coordinate with transporters, warehouses, and internal teams to support smooth supply chain operations, handling documentation, shipment tracking, and inventory planning for efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
• Good understanding of freight management, transportation, inventory control, and warehouse processes.
• Knowledge of logistics documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/WMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and monitor shipments from dispatch to final delivery.
• Manage logistics documentation, including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, and transporter records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal departments to ensure timely deliveries.
• Support inventory planning, stock movement, and warehouse coordination.
• Track inbound and outbound shipments and proactively resolve delivery issues.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain logistics records with accuracy.
• Monitor transportation costs and support process improvements for operational efficiency.

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end logistics operations and ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant movement of raw materials and finished goods. The ideal candidate will coordinate with transporters, vendors, warehouses, and internal teams to support smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities
