• Hands-on experience with international shipping, customs procedures, and trade documentation.
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, FMCG, or similar industries will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end supply chain, logistics, and distribution operations.
• Lead and supervise the logistics and supply chain team, ensuring productivity and performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
• Handle import and export documentation, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with shipping lines, CHA, freight forwarders, transporters, and vendors.
• Optimize inventory levels and ensure timely material availability.
• Monitor warehouse operations, dispatch planning, and transportation management.
• Negotiate freight rates and logistics contracts to optimize costs.
• Track shipments and resolve logistics issues to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Prepare MIS reports, logistics KPIs, and operational dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, DGFT, customs, and international trade requirements.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams for smooth supply chain operations.
• Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
