• Track shipments and provide timely updates.
• Maintain the Daily Status Report accurately.
• Handle shipment processing tasks such as label generation.
• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently.

PrintStop India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Logistics Executive to manage end-to-end movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and smooth coordination between vendors, transporters, and internal teams.

Location – Bhumi World, Bhiwandi (Kalyan Phata)

Employment type – Full-time

Working days – Monday to Saturday

Qualifications

• Graduation is a must.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics handling.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily logistics operations, including pickup, transit, and delivery.
• Manage B2B and B2C shipment processes, ensuring TAT.
• Work closely with courier partners, transporters, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch and timely delivery.
• Track shipments through dedicated portals and provide timely updates.
• Maintain and update the Daily Status Report (DSR) accurately.
• Handle shipment processing tasks such as label generation and dispatch documentation.
• Possess knowledge of e-way bill generation and related compliance.
• Understand Incoterms (advantage).
• Ensure SOPs are followed consistently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, formulas).
• High levels of punctuality, ownership, and accountability.

• Reconcile freight invoices.
• Knowledge of shipping tools such as Locus and ClickPost (advantage).
• Strong understanding of pan-India logistics operations & terminologies.
