Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Executive to manage warehouse operations for pharmaceutical materials. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material receipt, storage, inventory management, and dispatch while ensuring compliance with SOPs and cGMP guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle receipt, storage, labeling, and dispatch of pharmaceutical materials.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and follow FIFO/FEFO practices.
• Perform stock verification and inventory reconciliation.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP standards and maintain audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, QA/QC, Production, and Logistics teams.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and proper housekeeping.
• Report inventory discrepancies and assist in resolving stock-related issues.
