Job summary

Oji India Packaging is seeking a logistics professional to manage finish goods receipt, store operations, and FIFO guidance. The role includes coordinating with forklift operators, production, and CS for FG material handling, discrepancies, and timely dispatch.

You will prepare daily FG reports, manage MDN documentation, and ensure accurate invoicing and EDI-related tasks. Strong Excel/Word skills and manufacturing exposure are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receiving Finish Goods Into Store.
• Maintaining 5 'S in FG area.
• Guidance provides to operators to follow FIFO & also sharing daily basis observation to them.
• Follow up with Forklift operators for FG management as per customer wise.
• Follow up with production for FG feedback pending, short & excess qty.
• Prepare & share daily FG reports to all.
• Maintaining Daily PDI rejection stock & every month end filling the MDN for further process.
• Material issuance to QA. Hold material from FG & Sales return from customer end.
• Monthly physical stock taking of FG material.
• Process MDN as per Sales Pic request & maintaining record.
• Responsible for timely delivery to customer, with right material and in right conditions.
• Co-ordination with CS and sales for U/P material & for short or excess material to dispatch.
• Generate Invoicing, E-invoicing, E-waybills, RGP etc or prepare dispatch documents.
