Job summary

Anshika Polysurf in Ghaziabad district, Uttar Pradesh, is seeking a Logistics Dispatcher to manage end-to-end distribution operations. You will coordinate with plants in the North, share dispatch plans, and develop strategies for efficient goods distribution while ensuring safety and quality standards.

The role requires hands-on experience with logistics processes, inventory control, PO generation, invoicing, vendor liaison, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Commerce with additional qualification in material management and supply chain.
• Proficient in Advance Excel and strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Logistic Operation.
• Sharing Dispatch plan with all plants in North.
• To develop and implement strategies for efficient distribution of goods.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Oversee the loading and unloading of goods.
• To generate POs as per company’s format.
• To Liaison with internal and external stakeholders.
• Negotiate and establish the contract with suppliers, carriers and customers.
• Managing the Dispatch by sharing Dispatch details and estimated time of delivery with customers and sales department, tracking the status and confirming with customers for the receipt.
• To arrange and verify the invoice of the transporter within the assigned time period and as per the contractual terms.
• To submit and maintain record of all pending invoices of all group companies after the verification.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels in the warehouse.
• Preparing MIS and various reports as per the work requirement and the terms of the contract.
• Analyse logistics performance metrics.
• To perform all the clerical and other work assigned by the seniors.
