Job summary

Esson Pharma in Mumbai seeks a logistics professional to manage export documentation, compliance, and end-to-end shipping operations. The role requires coordinating with CHA, freight forwarders, and regulatory bodies to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

You will oversee documentation accuracy, record-keeping, and cost optimization while maintaining strong vendor relationships in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Chemicals, or Manufacturing sector is an advantage.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Documentation & Compliance: Prepare commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and export documentation. Manage duty drawback procedures and ensure EXIM compliance; oversee DGFT, ICEGATE, CHA coordination, RoDTEP, and other statutory documentation.
• Logistics Operations: Supervise receiving, packaging, and dispatch activities for timely and safe shipments; coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, and government authorities.
• Vendor & CHA Coordination: Maintain strong professional relationships with Custom House Agents (CHA) and relevant authorities; negotiate service levels and cost efficiency.
• Reporting & Control: Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and timelines; ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements; drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and cost optimization.

• 4.Reporting & Control: Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and timelines Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement for on-time delivery and cost optimization
