Job summary

The Elitejob is seeking a skilled Loan Operations professional for a contract-to-hire role in Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon with remote flexibility. You will manage end-to-end processing of syndicated and bilateral loans and support the loan lifecycle from documentation to post-closure servicing.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in loan operations, hands-on Loan IQ experience, and familiarity with LMS migrations and legal reviews. Strong collaboration across teams is essential for daily targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in loan operations or commercial lending.
• Exposure to loan lifecycle, documentation, funding and post-closure servicing.
• Hands-on experience with Loan IQ or similar loan systems.
• Experience with loan accruals and settlements is preferred.
• Familiarity with secondary loan trading is a plus.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external teams.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end processing of syndicated and bilateral loans.

• Hands-on servicing of loans in Loan IQ or similar systems.
• LMS migrations and legal reviews (credit agreements, pricing letters).

• Experience in secondary loan trading and settlements is a plus.
