Arham Group is seeking a customer-oriented Loan Relationship Manager for the Surat, Gujarat branch. You will acquire new customers, manage client relationships, and recommend loan products, guiding applications to disbursement.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in loan sales or relationship management, a finance-related bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Working days are Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM, with incentive-based rewards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration with 2–3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for personal, business, home, and property loan products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
• Guide customers through the loan process from application to disbursement.
• Collect and verify documents as per credit policies.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely processing.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Guide customers throughout the loan process, from application to disbursement.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company credit policies.
• Coordinate with credit, legal, and operations teams to ensure timely loan processing.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
• Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria
