Job summary

Talent Corner HR Services Private Limited is seeking a result-oriented Loan Relationship Manager in Surat to acquire customers, manage client relationships, and facilitate end-to-end loan processing by recommending suitable financial solutions.

You will generate leads for Personal, Business, Home loans, and LAP, build strong client networks, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth disbursal while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in loan sales or relationship management preferred.
• Knowledge of RBI guidelines and loan regulations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire customers for multiple loan types.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Assist customers from application to disbursal.
• Collect and verify documents per credit policies.
• Coordinate with Credit, Legal and Operations teams for smooth processing.
