Job summary

Dhariwal Securities Private Limited is seeking a Relationship Manager Loans to lead the Sales Executive team and strengthen client relationships across home loans, property loans and other lending products.

You will oversee the loan process from lead generation to disbursement, coordinate with lending partners, and drive growth with a focus on customer-centric solutions and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in loan sales, banking, NBFCs or loan distribution.
• Strong understanding of home loans, loan against property and other lending products.
• Familiarity with loan eligibility, documentation, processing and banks/NBFC coordination.

Responsibilities

Relationship Manager Loans

Role Overview

We are looking for a Relationship Manager to lead and mentor the Sales Executive team, manage client relationships, and drive business growth across home loans, loan against property, balance transfers, personal loans and other loan products. The role combines sales leadership, client relationship management, loan-product knowledge, lending-partner coordination and efficient, technology-enabled processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, guide and monitor the Sales Executive team, set targets, review performance and support client acquisition, lead conversion and business growth.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with retail, affluent and HNI clients, understand their financing requirements and act as a key point of contact throughout the loan process.
• Understand customer requirements, loan eligibility factors, property details, existing liabilities and repayment capacity to facilitate suitable loan-product options through the company's lending partners.
• Maintain strong knowledge of home loans, loan against property, balance transfers, personal loans and other loan products, including eligibility criteria, interest rates, tenure, documentation and processing requirements.
• Coordinate with banks, NBFCs and other lending partners to obtain updated product information, interest rates, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements and loan offers.
• Guide Sales Executives on lead qualification, customer communication, loan-product comparisons, documentation requirements and effective presentation of available loan options.
• Oversee the loan application journey, including lead follow-ups, document collection, application submission, case tracking, approval and disbursement, in coordination with the relevant teams and lending partners.
• Monitor team performance across leads, applications, approvals, disbursements, business revenue and client conversions, and provide regular updates to management.
• Assist in administrative, reporting and operational coordination activities required for the smooth functioning of the Loans Department.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve lead management, automate repetitive tasks, streamline loan-processing workflows and enhance team productivity through technology-enabled systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in loan sales, banking, NBFCs, financial services or loan distribution.
• Strong understanding of home loans, loan against property, balance transfers, personal loans and other lending products.
• Familiarity with loan eligibility, documentation, application processing, customer verification and coordination with banks/NBFCs.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, client relationship and team-management skills.
• Good working knowledge of MS Excel, CRM systems, data handling and reporting tools.
• Ability to manage sales targets, multiple loan cases, follow-ups and lending-partner relationships efficiently.

Compensation

• Fixed salary plus performance-based incentives, with any applicable travel allowance or reimbursement as per company policy.
