Dishha Staffing Services is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager to drive business loan sales in Hyderabad. You will acquire new customers, manage client relationships, and work toward monthly targets, with a focus on MSME, SME finance, and LAP products.

The role requires strong field sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to generate leads and close deals through direct sales and referrals. Prior banking/ NBFC experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years in business loan sales or related financial products.
• Experience with banks, NBFCs, or financial services preferred.
• CIBIL score 650+ preferred.
• Comfortable with sales targets and customer visits.

Responsabilités

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for business loans.
• Identify potential SME, MSME, and self-employed customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Source business loan applications through direct sales, references, and DSA channels.
• Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and underwriting teams for loan processing and disbursement.
• Collect required KYC and financial documents from customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, sourcing, and disbursement targets.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and lending guidelines.
