Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in loan processing / banking / NBFC / financial services.
• Knowledge of the loan processing cycle and document handling.
• Experience in loan documentation and customer coordination.
• Strong communication and follow-up abilities.
• Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Experience in Personal/Home/Business loan or similar retail lending is a plus.
