Utkarsh Small Finance Bank invites applications for a role focused on sourcing MSME LAP clients in Kolkata. You will drive client acquisition in open market sourcing and align with the business plan while maintaining strict credit discipline.

You will explain loan provisions, ensure proper documentation, and respond to customer queries to achieve high satisfaction and zero default in recovery. Prior experience in MSME LAP products is preferred.
