Ratnaafin Capital in Mumbai seeks a field-professional to source, structure and service MSME-focused LAP/Mortgage Loan products. The role requires coordinating with Credit and Operations to ensure timely disbursement, while providing market feedback on ground realities and competitive offerings.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of LAP/Mortgage Loan experience, be locally based, and demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills.

Role & responsibilities

• - Responsible for sourcing, structuring & servicing clients for their financial needs by offering them various secure products majorly designed to cater to the MSME segment from open market
• - Responsible for coordination with support functions (Credit/Ops) in facilitating disbursement.
• - To constantly provide feedback on the ground about the market and products offered by competition.

Preferred candidate profile

• - Minimum 2 years of experience in LAP/Mortgage Loan.
• - Candidates should be locally belonging to their respective location.
• - Should have good communication and negotiation skills.
