Job summary

Jsw One Platforms in Mumbai is seeking an experienced MSME lending professional to drive city-level sourcing and loan acquisition for LAP opportunities. You will work with Credit, Risk, and Operations to ensure smooth processing and strong documentation.

Ideal candidates have 5–10 years in MSME/ SME lending, NBFC exposure, and excellent communication skills. MBA preferred; candidates should show ownership and a proactive, execution-minded attitude.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in MSME/ SME lending (secured lending exposure preferred)
• NBFC experience preferred (bank + NBFC experience acceptable)
• Basic understanding of LAP products and MSME customer profiles
• Exposure to vendor-led or channel-based sourcing models is a plus
• Educational Qualification: Graduate (MBA preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to learn, strong execution mindset, and ownership attitude

• Gather basic market intelligence and competitor insights at city level.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and audit requirements.
