Job summary

Virohan in Gurugram is seeking a dedicated Finance Aid Counselor to guide students through loan options, collect documents, and coordinate with NBFCs and banks. You will provide personalised counselling to assess eligibility and affordability, ensuring all paperwork is complete and tracked accurately.

The role requires collaboration with admissions teams and city/central operations, with timely updates on loan status and expected closures to support students through the financing process.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for students seeking financial assistance.
• Guide students through financing options (NBFC loans, bank loans, EMI plans, scholarships, etc.).
• Provide personalised counselling to help students choose the most suitable financing solution based on eligibility and affordability.
• Collect and verify all necessary loan documentation from students and co-applicants.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of documents as per partner requirements.
• Maintain proper records and trackers for all loan applications.
• Coordinate with NBFCs, banks, and fintech partners for financing.
• Build strong working relationships with partner operations teams.
• Work closely with Admissions counsellors, City teams and Central operations.
• Provide real-time updates on loan status and expected closures.
