Job summary

Aditya Birla Capital in Maharashtra seeks a detailed-oriented Loan Documentation Specialist to prepare loan documents for multiple loan types, ensure pre and post-disbursement paperwork is complete, obtain required approvals, and visit client locations to finalize documentation.

You will provide clients with SOA, Debit Notes, interest calculations and GST invoices, resolve queries within TAT, monitor loan covenants, ensure timely renewals, and support audit and regulatory compliance across the

Responsibilities

• Prepare loan documents for various loan types, ensuring procedures are followed within deadlines.
• Ensure all pre and post-disbursement documentation is completed.
• Ensure all required approvals for disbursement are obtained.
• Visit client locations to complete documentation work.
• Provide clients with SOA, Debit Notes, Interest Calculations, GST Invoices, etc.
• Resolve client queries within the defined turnaround time (TAT).
• Ensure timely renewals of existing loans, obtaining approvals and completing documentation.
• Close all pending deferred documents (PDDs) on time.
• Ensure pledge/unpledge of shares is completed.
• Coordinate with clients to resolve margin shortfalls in security cover within TAT.
• Monitor loans and track compliance with covenants.
• Ensure clients receive SOA, Debit Notes, GST Invoices, and Tax Invoices.
• Ensure timely receipt of monthly/quarterly covenant data from clients.
• Coordinate with business, credit, operations teams, and client officials for smooth documentation to disbursement transition.
• Manage DSA payouts and empanelment processes.
• Ensure internal and external audit compliance for loan documentation and processing.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements in loan documentation and monitoring.
