Job summary

• Loan Product Explanation
• Explain the company's loan products, eligibility, interest rates, tenure, and repayment terms to customers.
• Lead Conversion
• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Customer Eligibility Check
• Collect basic customer and business/income information to understand their loan eligibility.
• Document Collection
• Collect required documents such as PAN, Aadhaar, bank statements, income/business proofs, and other KYC documents.
• Application Processing
• Ensure the loan application and documents are complete and submit them to the concerned team for further processing.
• Coordination with Internal Teams
• Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Verification, and Collection teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.
• Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain good relationships with existing and new customers and handle their queries professionally.
• Achieve Sales Targets
• Meet monthly/weekly targets related to leads, applications, disbursements, and business volume.
• Market & Competitor Information
• Understand local market conditions and competitor loan products to improve sales.
• Follow-up
• Regularly follow up with customers until the loan is approved and disbursed.
• Compliance
• Follow the company's policies, KYC requirements, RBI guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
