Job summary

Growth For Impact is seeking a loan processing professional to assist in securing timely approvals and disbursals in Hyderabad. You will support sales managers and clients, monitor documentation, coordinate with lenders, and ensure regulatory compliance throughout the loan process.

The role requires 3–6 years in loan processing, strong Excel skills, and excellent communication. You will maintain records, generate reports, and assist in training junior sales managers as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in loan processing or related field.
• Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in Hindi to communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• 3–6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.
• Any degree accepted.
