Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Gurgaon Sector 50 for an Education Loan Counsellor. The Education Loan Counsellor will guide students and their families through the loan application process, assist in identifying appropriate loan options, and ensure compliance with financial procedures. Responsibilities include providing customer service, consulting on loan products, addressing client inquiries, and collaborating with the sales and finance teams to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience in Loan Servicing and understanding of Loans processes
• Strong Customer Service skills to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Background or expertise in Finance to assist in evaluating and advising on financial options
• Sales and communication skills to promote loan products and meet targets
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail for resolving client challenges
• Relevant experience in financial services or education loan counselling is preferred
• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
