Job summary

Accenture in India is seeking a Learning Operations Senior Analyst to oversee administrative and operational aspects of learning and development initiatives in Mumbai. The role coordinates training logistics, resources, and LMS performance, while providing day-to-day leadership to the learning administration team.

You will manage registrations, vendor relations and LMS platforms, ensuring adherence to SLAs and global standards.

• Act as the first point of escalation for operational and client issues.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regional regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.

What would you do?

• The Learning Admin Senior Analyst is responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative and operational aspects of learning and development initiatives. This role ensures effective coordination of training logistics, optimal utilization of learning resources and smooth functioning of Learning Management Systems LMS.
• The role also provides day to day leadership to learning administration teams and acts as an escalation point for operational issues while ensuring adherence to defined processes and service level agreements.
• Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?
• Primary skill - Learning Operations
• Relevant years of experience in learning administration, learning operations or scheduling roles
• Prior experience in supervising or mentoring team members
• Exposure to global learning operations or shared services environment preferred
• Exposure to LMS platforms
• Exposure to working with clients in the travel and aviation sector
• Educational Qualification
• Bachelors degree in any discipline BA, BCom, BSc, BTech or equivalent
