Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Delivery Operations Specialist to lead Learning Admin operations in India. You will oversee daily learning administration, ensure SLA adherence, quality, and coordinate with learners, stakeholders, vendors, and the delivery team to drive excellence.

The role requires a strong background in Learning Operations, data reporting via dashboards, and hands-on LMS experience. Flexibility with shifts and a Bachelor's degree are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Certifications in HR, Learning and Development or Operations are an added advantage.
• 7 to 11 years of experience in Learning Operations or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Learning Admin Associates and Analysts.
• Oversee end to end learning administration activities including scheduling, enrollment, tracking and reporting.
• Ensure SLA, quality and compliance adherence across learning operations.
• Act as escalation point for learner and stakeholder issues.
• Coordinate with Learning Partners, HR, vendors and facilitators for seamless learning delivery.
• Review and validate learning data, dashboards and operational reports.
• Drive process standardization, documentation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support audits, compliance checks and data privacy requirements in APAC.
• Lead client and stakeholder interactions.
• Hands on experience with Learning Management Systems LMS and learning tools.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel including reports, trackers and dashboards.
• People management and task allocation skills.

What would you do?

The Learning Admin Lead is responsible for overseeing and leading day to day learning administration operations. This role ensures efficient delivery of learning services, adherence to SLAs, quality assurance and effective people coordination.

The role acts as a key point of contact between learners, stakeholders, vendors and the learning delivery team while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement in learning processes.

Manage learning solutions, including activities such as registration, vendor management, product support, learning management system. What are we looking for?
