Job summary

Novotel Mumbai Juhu Beach, part of Accor, seeks a Learning and Development leader to oversee L&D for all hotel staff. The role ensures learning activities align with Accor's philosophy that every team member is talent and valued.

Duties include developing annual training plans and budgets, conducting needs analyses with department heads, designing and delivering programs, managing the LMS, measuring outcomes, and reporting insights to senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analysis in collaboration with department heads to identify skill gaps and design solutions.
• Design, coordinate, and deliver engaging training programs—internal and external—across all levels, using diverse delivery methods.
• Manage and optimize the Learning Management System (LMS) for seamless enrollment, tracking, and accessibility.
• Measure and analyze training effectiveness through data-driven metrics and feedback, driving continuous improvements.
• Lead employee engagement and development initiatives to foster a supportive, inclusive learning culture.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants for quality and cost-effectiveness.
• Stay current with industry trends and learning technologies; implement innovations to enhance delivery and change initiatives.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations on training outcomes and strategic recommendations to senior management.

Job Description

This position is responsible to oversee and manage the learning and development process for all talent in the hotel. This position will ensure that all learning activities support Accor philosophy of creating an environment where each and every member of the team is recognized as talent and feels valued for their contribution.

• Develop, implement, and oversee the annual training plan and learning budget, ensuring strategic alignment with organizational goals and efficient resource allocation
