Job summary

Accor in India is seeking a Learning & Development specialist to design and deliver hotel training programs. You will assess training needs and develop strategic learning plans to elevate service quality and operational efficiency.

You will design and implement innovative learning solutions—e-learning, blended learning, and instructor-led training—while creating metrics to measure impact on business outcomes and ROI.
