Job summary

TVS Credit Services Ltd. in Chennai invites an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and manage training programs across Sales and Debt Management functions.

The role focuses on aligning training with NBFC regulatory requirements and business goals, delivering classroom, virtual and on-the-job sessions, and measuring effectiveness with metrics and feedback. 4-5 years of NBFC L&D experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate or postgraduate qualification required.
• 4-5 years in L&D, NBFC preferred.
• Direct field team engagement advantageous.
• Knowledge of NBFC products and services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training sessions on different products and functions.
• Develop training modules with product, sales and debt teams to create engaging content.
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, quizzes, tests and on-the-job performance metrics.
• Maintain training MIS and generate periodic reports on learning outcomes.
• Liaise with Area Managers, Territory Managers of sales and debt management to identify training needs.

Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for developing, implementing and managing training programs that enhance employee skills and improve business performance across functions mainly Sales, Debt Management. This role will ensure that all training initiatives are aligned with company goals and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct classroom, virtual and on-the-job training sessions on different products and functions. Also, facilitate induction programs for new hires
• Develop training modules in collaboration with product, sales and debt teams to create engaging and relevant training content
• Assess training effectiveness using feedback, quizzes, tests and on-the-job performance metrics
• Maintain training MIS and generate periodic reports on learning outcomes
• Liaise with Area Managers, Territory Managers of sales and debt management to identify training needs

Job Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate
• 4-5 years of experience in L&D Field preferably in NBFC domain and regular connect with Field team directly. The training effectiveness metric in current assignment is additional advantage
• Understanding of NBFC operations, financial products and services (e.g., Personal Loans, Vehicle Finance, Gold Loans, etc.)
• Knowledge of customer segments and market trends
