Job summary

HDFC Life is seeking an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and deliver training for sales, frontline, and leadership teams in the Insurance sector. The role involves identifying training needs, conducting various trainings, and tracking effectiveness with MIS dashboards.

The candidate will partner with business leaders and HRBPs to align learning initiatives with business goals, drive induction and capability-building, and ensure compliance and performance improvements

Qualifications

• Identify training needs through TNA, performance data, and business feedback.
• Design and execute training programs for sales, frontline, and leadership teams.
• Conduct product, process, behavioral, sales, and compliance training.
• Drive new-joiner induction, upskilling, and capability-building initiatives.

• Track training effectiveness, participation, feedback, and learning outcomes.
• Prepare L&D MIS, dashboards, and reports for management.
