Job summary

Axis Bank is seeking an experienced Training Manager Home Loans to design and deliver training programs for sales and banking teams, focusing on home loan products, processes, documentation and credit procedures.

You will conduct training, create modules, assess effectiveness, and work with Sales, Credit, Operations and Business teams to align processes and improve customer handling.

Qualifications

• Graduate or Post Graduate degree in any discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in banking training, home loans, or banking products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for Home Loans sales and banking teams.
• Develop and deliver training modules covering home loan products, processes, policies and banking products.
• Train employees on customer acquisition, lead conversion and sales techniques.
• Provide product knowledge on eligibility, documentation, interest rates, repayment options and loan processes.
• Conduct induction and refresher training for new and existing employees.
• Identify knowledge and performance gaps and create appropriate training interventions.
• Monitor training effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance tracking.
• Work closely with Sales, Credit, Operations and Business teams to ensure process alignment.
• Keep training content updated based on changes in products, processes and internal policies.
• Conduct field/team visits when required to understand operational challenges and provide coaching.
• Prepare regular training reports, MIS and performance feedback for management.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct training programs for Home Loans sales and banking teams.
