Job summary

Talent Advisors in India is seeking sales‑oriented admissions counselors to drive inquiries and admissions for our online and blended learning programs. You will own the domestic sales lifecycle, engaging high volumes of leads and guiding them from first contact to enrolment, while maintaining a student‑centric approach.

You will counsel professionals via call or email on suitable courses for their career progression, partnering with teams to craft compelling options and ensuring timely

Qualifications

• 0–6 years of experience in international BPOs, counseling, or sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Passion for growing emerging brands with huge potential.

Primary Responsibilities (Including but not limited to):

• Driving inquiries & admissions for the online/blended learning programs offered for the

Domestic Markets

• Looking after the entire sales life cycle: starting from engaging with the large volume of

well-qualified leads till the final conversion i.e. enrolment in the program

• Counselling experienced professionals via call or email on which course will be useful to

their career progression and suggest the best options

Desired candidate profile

• Minimum 0-6 years of work experience, a large part of which should be in InternationalBPOs, counseling, or sales (Travel, BFSI, EdTech, FinTech)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - especially in Excel
• A passion for growing emerging brands with huge potential
