Job summary

Naukri Assist in Navi Mumbai seeks an experienced Learning & Development professional to design and implement training programs across levels. You will manage content on LMS platforms, collaborate with SMEs, and drive improvements through performance analytics.

Ideal candidates have 3–10 years in L&D, strong content management skills, and proficiency with Coursera, LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Degreed, EdCast, and similar platforms; exposure to multiple delivery channels is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-10 years of experience in Learning & Development or related field.
• Strong understanding of content creation, management, and delivery through LMS.
