You will work with branch heads and leaders to identify needs, develop modules, schedule sessions, and measure impact, ensuring programs stay current with industry trends.

• Proven experience as a Corporate Trainer.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth knowledge of current trends, tools, and best practices in Learning & Development.
• Familiarity with leading training institutes in India and abroad.
• Over 10 years of proven success in the Learning & Development domain.

Responsibilities

Role Overview:

This position will report directly to the Group CHRO and play a key role in partnering

with her to identify, design, and implement impactful training programs across the

organization. The role requires close collaboration with functional managers, branch

heads, and the corporate leadership team to support employee development and

enhance organizational capabilities.
