Job summary

AMS, based in Mumbai Goregaon East, is seeking a Learning & Development professional to lead the Early Careers programs. The role is full-time with 5 days a week in-office, requiring 7-12 years of L&D experience and strong program management capabilities.

Responsibilities include designing learning interventions, onboarding initiatives, TNI/TNA, and developing content with stakeholders to align with business goals. Fintech/IT services exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 7-12 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Experience in designing and executing Early Careers training programs preferred.
• Technical Training design and delivery experience may be considered.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and program management skills.
• Experience from Fintech or IT Services organizations preferred.
• Candidates from E-learning/EdTech organizations need not apply.
