Job summary

Rubicon Research in Thane seeks an AM Learning & Development to drive strategy and learning initiatives aligned with business needs. The role combines L&D strategy, stakeholder partnering, programme design, facilitation and learning effectiveness.

Responsibilities include end-to-end L&D projects, budget utilisation, dashboards for leadership, and coaching follow-ups to reinforce learning in the workplace.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years of L&D experience, with both strategic and facilitation background.
• Experience designing and delivering behavioural/leadership programmes.
• Experience partnering with business teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing/pharma/regulated environment would be an advantage.

Role Purpose

To drive strategic learning initiatives and facilitate impactful learning interventions aligned with business and people-development needs. The role will combine L&D strategy, stakeholder partnering, programme design, facilitation, and learning effectiveness.

1. Learning Strategy & Capability Development

• Design need-based interventions for different functions, levels and employee groups.
• Curate and facilitate internal and external learning solutions, including content, cases, activities and learning resources.
• Measure learning effectiveness and application, using feedback, participation data and stakeholder inputs to continuously improve programmes.
• Partner with managers to reinforce learning through action plans, coaching and follow-ups.
• Lead L&D projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, stakeholder alignment and effective utilisation of budgets.
• Prepare L&D dashboards, insights and updates for leadership review.

Experience & Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM in HR / Human Resources / Organisational Development preferred.
• 6-10 years of relevant L&D experience, with demonstrated experience in both strategic L&D and facilitation.
• Strong hands-on experience in designing and delivering behavioural/leadership programmes.
• Experience partnering with business teams.
• Experience in a manufacturing/pharma/regulated environment would be an advantage.
