Job summary

Polymed is seeking a Training and Talent Management professional in Haryana, India to design and manage end-to-end training programs for manufacturing staff. The role involves TNI, annual training calendars, and development of e-learning content, modules, and SOP-based materials.

You will maintain training records, support audits, and drive data-driven talent decisions using Power BI and Excel within an LMS environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement end-to-end internal and external training programs.
• Conduct Training Need Identification (TNI) and prepare the annual training calendar.
• Design, develop, and manage e-learning programs and digital training content.
• Create and update training modules, SOP-based learning material, and presentations.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, prepare reports, and analyze feedback.
• Design and update the skill matrix for different worker categories.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend training and development interventions.
• Maintain training records, MIS, and related documentation.
• Support internal and external audits.
• Assist in regulatory and compliance requirements related to training and competency.
• Drive talent management initiatives for manufacturing staff and workforce.
• Conduct training assessments and competency analysis.
• Manage LMS, e-learning platforms, and E-modules.
• Develop and maintain competency matrix and skill matrix.
• Identify training needs and recommend development interventions.
• Identify Individual Development Plans (IDPs) as per role.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and analytics.
• Prepare dashboards and reports using Power BI, HRMS, and Excel.
• Apply analytical approach to support data-driven talent decisions.
